What do I need to open my LLC or INC?
Your company name, your name, email and phone, your address, your Social Security Number (needed for the EIN) and a photo of your ID. The online form takes about 5 minutes.
What is included in the price?
Filing your LLC or INC with the state, your EIN from the IRS and your BOI filing. Statement of Information (California) and S Corp election are optional add-ons.
