Welcome to Cali Permits LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services provided
Cali Permits LLC provides business registration and compliance services including, but not limited to:
- LLC / INC formation
- TCP permit applications
- EIN registration assistance
- MC / USDOT registration
- Drug testing program enrollment
- BOI filing
- Compliance support services
Our compliance support services help businesses stay updated with ongoing filing requirements and renewals.
Payments & refund policy
- All service fees must be paid in full before processing begins.
- All payments for permits, application processing and related services must be completed in advance through an approved payment method.
- Government filing fees are non-refundable.
- Service fees may be refundable only if work has not yet started.
- Once documents are submitted to any government agency, fees become non-refundable.
Credit card processing fee
A processing fee of 3% of the transaction amount is added to payments made by credit card. No fee is charged for payments made by debit card. The fee is shown separately before you pay and on your invoice, and you must agree to it before a credit card payment is submitted.
No government affiliation
Cali Permits LLC is a private service provider and is not affiliated with any federal, state or government agency.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Cali Permits LLC is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by:
- Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the applicant
- Missing documents or documents not submitted on time
- Government processing delays — timelines vary by agency
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for:
- Government rejection of applications
- Delays caused by agencies
- Business losses due to permit denial
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our service.
SMS terms of service
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Cali Permits LLC regarding service updates, application status, appointment reminders and compliance notifications. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing purposes.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
