BOI Filing

Beneficial Ownership Information rules have changed several times. We'll tell you whether your company needs to file, and handle the report if it does.

BOI reporting was created under the Corporate Transparency Act and is filed with FinCEN. In 2025, FinCEN narrowed the requirement: under its current rules, companies formed in the United States are generally exempt, while certain foreign companies registered to do business in the U.S. must still report. Because these rules have shifted more than once, we review your business against the current requirements before anything is filed.

If your company does need to file, we identify the beneficial owners, verify ownership details, prepare the report and submit it to FinCEN — and handle updates when ownership, addresses or management change.

What's included

Common questions

Is BOI filing mandatory?

Under FinCEN's current rules, most U.S.-formed companies don't have to file, but certain foreign companies do. Rules can change, so contact us and we'll confirm for your company.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. We handle ownership and identity documents securely and use them only to prepare your filing.
